We left Florida Sunday morning and headed for Wisconsin. The temps in Florida were warm and balmy and that weather held pretty well until about Tennessee. After that the thermometer just kept dropping. The temperature in Oak Creek on Tuesday morning was -1. Way too cold for me!
One of the bennies of this trip in January was getting to see family. We put together some puzzles with our grandson and enjoyed cuddling with our granddaughter.
We had nice visits with my parents, sisters and their families too. The visits are always too short and we miss them when we leave. That I think is a good thing. Better than not missing them.
Here's another shot of the cold weather effects of living in northern Wisconsin. We are heading south today.
